The truck was originally purchased by Benny Always and John Avakian who co-owned A & A machine fabrication which turned into A & A Concrete Products from Pompton Lakes New Jersey it worked the majority of its life as a flatbed with a crane. It went out of service from 2002 until 2013 when I painstakingly began its transition. In 2014 I put Old Glory back on the road as a tandem dump truck and used it on my farm until 2018 and to this day it's hauling swamp logs off-road and it's as strong as ever.
